my question is are there really guardian angels that help u....if so howcome they dont show themselves to u

Sikhi does not really address the matter of GUARDIAN angels, although there are indeed periodic, passing references to 'angels' in English translations of Siri Guru. Guru Nanak indeed asserted in Japji Sahib the existence of worlds upon worlds and beings upon beings (SEE pauri 22, pauri 34). The religion that really knows about Guardian Angels is the Catholic faith. Many people, Catholic or not, believe in Guardian Angels, and you can find books in bookstores of people testifying to angels in their lives.
