Does anyone have information regarding the Mukhtnama?

When was it written and by whom? I just know that it refers to rehat and was possibly dictated by Guru Gobind Singh Ji, to the sangat at Damdama Sahib...

Any info will be appreciated.

The word "Mukhtnama" is not a known word.
