Summary of Question:	What Time Does Amrit Vela Starts?

waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

i was wondering can 1 o colock in the mornning be amrit vela or 12:30 am. and is it ok to sleep after doing nitnem in the mornning. see my problem is i usually come home from work around 12pm and if i go to sleep i dont get up till late in the morning i always miss amrit vela so i thought if i could do path and then go to sleep is that ok to do? thanks for all your help i really apporciate it and happy new year.

Amrit Vela technically is from about 3:00 to sunrise, local time. However, if you do your paath and Naam simran before going to bed and then sleep, that's ok, given your schedule.
