Summary of Question:	Is It Ok To Advisabvle To Use Perfumes Which Contain Alcohol?

this is a question which has been bugging me for while now. as i understand, it is advised not to use narcotics and alcohol because use of them will endanger the loss over the little control of mind that we do have. my question is this: is it also advised not to use perfumes which contain alcohol or is this ok as it is only external use?

Anusha Ji - The issue is not about alcohol itself. It is about consuming substances in order to get intoxicated. I doubt anyone puts on perfume in order to get drunk. So the answer is, yes, it's okay.

Personally I prefer pure essential oils, like rose, sandlewoord, jasmine, etc. rather than perfumes that are alcohol based since essential oils have a much more beautiful subtle effect on the sensory system.
