Summary of Question:	Gurus Having Magical Powers

people say that Sikhism is based on logic and scientific reasons. i totally agree. Then how come our gurus possessed magical powers and that also few of them ?

Magical powers are scientific too. Just because not every one can do it we say it is magic. All phenomenon can be explained and experienced. Once you know how it works it stops being magical. Just because modern science can't yet explain it ... it only says that scientists don't know much yet and have a far way or learning the ways of the world.
Gurus knew a lot more than modern science knows in this day and age. All of this can be achieved through mastery of meditation. We still live where even people who are born with special abilities can not achieve magical powers. And if you really think about does anyone really need to??
I imagine that in 50-100 years all this magic will be just a part of human existence and no one will ever even remember that we thought it was somehow extraordinary.
