Sat Siri Akal! Yes, you can read JapJi Sahib in any language. If you learn to read in Gurmukhi, but you don't understand the meaning in Gurmukhi, you might like to try what I did. I read Japji Sahib in Gurmukhi six days a week, and then on Sunday morning I read it in English. After a while, I began to understand the Gurmukhi automatically as your brain will make the cross-connection without effort. For this to work, you must read out loud (not silently.)
