when we go to guruduwara and at the time of ardas we all stand and say our prayers
i want to ask you that when i do my morning prayers japji sahib and jaap sahib at home and when after doing the paath i do ardas is it necessary to do ardas standing or can we do it while sitting also
please give me a clear answer to my confusion

If you are incapacitated and cannot stand up, you can do your ardas seated.
