I want to say something about the moderators of sikhnet team.

I have been reading the questions on sikhnet youth forum. In some of the postings about what does sikhism says how a guy should consider girl before marriage the sikhnet moderators have been writting that a guy should take girl as sister.Even no guru has told this, why are you telling wrong things to our youth ,if todays youth are taking each other as brother and sister ,where would be there be attraction to marry then. why are you preaching wrong,You are saying therefore its wrong to love a girl and getting a love marriage. Why do u tell wrong? No guru has said this.

Let me tell you a supreme example of sikh history. Guru gobind singh was married to mata sahib kaur, but mata sundari ji considered him as a husband but she wasnt married to him,so did guru ji hurted her feelings saying that she was his sister. You shouldnt have lust for other women that's the thing.why are you telling wrong? If u want to say this thing to sikh youth then tell me one thing We shouldnt watch movies sing punjabi songs,do bhangra ,tell me why are you telling wrong to our youth? Just tell me or give me any example where our gurus said this.A sikh youth shouldnt have lust but you are presenting it in a extremely wrong way.Can u give me any example in sikh history about this?

Any comments

thankfully

I'm sorry Ji, but I'm afraid that you must have misunderstood the answer to the question. I'm quite sure that the moderator must have answered that every woman is be treated like a sister, mother, or auntie, until you take a wife. Then, that one woman you take as a wife is treated differently. She becomes your wife and mother of your children. I hope this clears up your question.
