Greetings in the name of the One, Supreme Creator - the Almighty Lord, the Light of Lights and King of Kings, Waheguru Ji

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ki Fateh!

I come to you Sikhnet Volunteers, as a brother in search for the Guru's word.

For my entire life, I have felt that "Guru mere sung sadhaa hai naale" describes what the Guru has done for me - through all my trials and tribulations.

I was born with Human Growth Hormone Deficiency, and in addition to this I had Hydrocephalus at the age of 4 months.

I've gone through operations, hospital visits, thousands of injections and pills, and hours upon hours of just thinking - "how did I get where I am now?"

I owe it all to the fact that throughout all of this - while I was an ignorant fool for 18 years - ignorant to the existence of my Divine Teacher - the Guru has always been there. By my side. In my mind. In my heart. In my soul. Pushing me forward from behind. Pulling me forward from ahead.

I have videotapes of my self singing "Guru Mere Sang Sadha Hai Naale"

but that was almost 12 years ago.

What I have come to ask you is

could you please explain to me where this shabd is from?

I hope that Waheguru Ji blesses you with Chardi Kalaa and Naam.

Thank you for your excellent services.

By the Guru's Grace, you've been helping me with my problems for almost 2 years now.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ki Fateh!

Greetings and blessings to you in the Name of God the light of every soul and in the Name of Guru the life of every Sikh.

Dear Divine one, some people say this was recited by Guru Arjan Dev ji on the hot plate when he was being tortured in the last 3 days of his life.

This Shabd can be found on page 394 of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib.

"Meditate continually upon the Name of God within your heart. In this way you shall save all your friends and associates.

My Guru is always with me, near at hand.
Meditating, meditating upon Him and remembering, I cherish Him forever.

You will is sweet unto me.
Nanak begs for the Treasure of the Naam, the Name of Lord God."

In the Name of the Cosmos which prevails through everyBody and the Holy Naam which holds the world....may you ever be blessed with His remembrance.
