Sat Sri Akal,

I recently saw that a message said that chewing gum is ok, but beware, many gums have materials in them that come from animals. Gelatin type products I believe. The best thing to do is check the ingredients of the gum. I know and have checked the brand Dentyne Ice to be ok.

Just thought I'd mention it.
