I am a sikh who wants to be baptised soon, i have some Questions,

1)I can say say jap ji sahib no bother, but the rest i strugle with expecialy Jap sahib yet that is my favoroite,i was wondering how how i can learn these, i have been sugested to get a tape that says one line then gives you enough time say it your self i have checked every shop but can't find one, i have even looked on Mp3 files on this site but theres none there, could you produece the daily banis like the ones ime looking for

2)What time do you have to get up in the moring to say these (5 or 6)

3)is Mastrubation a bad thing if your baptised
