I am a 20 year old sikh. The place I volunteer at will be holding a volunteer appreciation dinner and all volunteers have been invited. It will be held at a church. Would it be against Sikhism if I attend?

Sat Nam,
Sikhism acknowledges and respects all religions as equal. You are not going to Church for religious reasons and even if you did no one would have the right to stop you. When you go just be respectful to their space. I am sure no one will try to convert you and even if they did ... you can always respectfully decline if that should be your choice.
As long as you know who you are and where your heart belongs there will be nothing wrong no matter where you go. Take your faith with you and don't ever worry about anything else.
