I would like to add that apart for listening to Kirtan or doing Paath you could probably spend some time say 15 min to half and hour each day doing simran (just saying SAT-NAM or Waheguru)
I hope every member of yr family gets well soon. No matter what happens remember Gurujee will never forsake us.
