Dear Sikhnet Moderaters

For a very long time I have had a problem with my hair, Dandruff, and now its gone so bad. I have nearly had it for over 3-4 years. I have tried many Dandruff shampoos, and nothing has worked, instead now it is so bad. I went to the Doctors and they gave me some sort of Locoid scalp lotion, i used that but still it was no good so they referred me to the specialist and he gave me a stronger lotion to use for 10 days. It got a bit better but still didn't go away and when the lotion finished the problem was even worse. Now the problem is that I took Amrit few days back. And when I scratched my hair/scalp because the dandruff was like stuck to my scalp, i pulled it off and with the dandruff i ended up pulling so many of my hairs from their roots, i didnt pull it hard or with force or deliberately or anything just that they just came out so easily, this happened quite a few times, but i did not mean to pull my hair out or remove them deliberately or anything. I just wanted the dandruff off.
Can you please tell me if what i did was bad? Is my Amrit broken????!!!!
Have i commited one of the kurhaits by pulling my hair off, even though i did not do it on purpose, i didnt even mean to pull of my hair in any way what so ever at all. Just the dandruff i wanted off and out!!!

Please if i have commited a kurhait can you guys do an ardas for me or something please? man Im feeling so scared! Please help me.
Ps. can u give any suggestions on treatment of my so out of control dandruff??

No, you did not break your Sikh vows. I would suggest, though, that you go see a natural doctor, like an ayrivedic doctor or someone who can treat your whole system. You may be allergic to something, which is coming out through your scalp. I'm not trying to diagnose your situation...my only point is that you may need to be evaluated holisticly. GTKK
