This might not be a good question to ask- but I have learnt that we worship GuruGranth Sahib but GuruGranth Sahib adivices us to remeber the supreme lord who created everything .So when a curious non-Sikh asks me the question about whom we worship what should I say ?

Sat Sri Akal,

We don't "worship" anything. We meditate on the True Name, Satnam. With meditation, as prescribed by the Gurus, we can achieve such a state of existence that is undescribable. Meditation focuses and cleanses the mind, it lets you control your 5 emotions. Meditation (i.e., doing paath) is the key. Understanding paath is *very* important. The meaning behind what the Gurus said is BEAUTIFUL, and I would highly recommend learning them if you don't already know!

Gur Fateh,
HSd
