waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

i have two younger brothers and they are both amritdhari, one is 7 and other is 13 ,and they both have their hair in a juda. they ride their bikes to school, and they cant get the helmets on because their hairs are very long. can u please tell me what we could do. they even got ticketed for not wearing helmets. we even tried on different kind of helmet. thank you every much and may god bless you.

HMMMMMMMM. One thing you may do is go to the police department and try to get an exemption for the helmet due to the protecting quality of the turban. May be first go to your City Councilman and explain your need for the exemption for religious reasons.

2. try on adult helmets or a horsebackriding helmet

3. try wearing a keski or small turban under the helmet or untying the joora so the hair is looser and the helment fits.
