Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh.

Par = Supreme or penultimate or greatest of the great; V stands for Vaheguru, and Inder is one of the many names for God (Indra). So Parvinder means Supreme God, (Supreme Indra). Or God of Gods. With Kaur then it's Supreme Godly Princess.
