First and fort most i want to thank you guys doing a great job with this website its excellent. .....

my questionis that when we do sukhmani sahibs path for 40 days what time of the day can we do it Amerit Vela or anytime ??? pleaseee advised me about the path thank you much.

Amrit Vela is always the best regardless of which meditation you chose but consistency sometimes may take precedent. If you find yourself not being able to stick with it at the same time then do the best you can. You will see that it feels different doing just about anything at a different time than Amrit Vela, it does not have the same potency. But it is better than breaking your path for a day.
