Can girl cut his hair ? I ask this this question because my cousin girls cut their hair but their brother do not because my counsin cut his hair as short has man ? Why boys not ?

The guidelines for a Sikh girl are the same as for a boy. We DO NOT cut our hair on any part of our body. We do not cut the hair on a girl's head short.
