dear one

gur fateh! many times I have heard people talking that sainthood is
state of mind .is it really what i have heard from granthi's at gurdwara's
and my friends. if it is so then how can we maintain and remain in a single state of mind through out our daily routine.i mean meeting people with different personalities, handling different circumstances, overcoming depressions
and so on and so forth.

Sat Siri Akaal. Sainthood at the level of Guru is more than a state of mind, it is a reality for the one involved, make no mistake about it. Sainthood for the rest of us is really having meditative mind, so it IS a state of mind. Siri Guru spends 1430 pages telling us over and over that meditation on the Naam gives us peace, poise, and neutral mind (sahej). That the one who meditates daily on the Naam, God clears his/her karma and arranges his/her affairs. What more can I therefore say!? And when do you meditate best? Amrit vaylaa such nao vadee-ai veechar! In the early morning ambrosial hours, meditate on the Naam!

The technology is there. Just do it!
Guru ang Sang,
