what is the meaning of preet?and amanpreet?my twin sisters name is inempreet what is the meaning of inem?i know it comes in gurbani but it is not a popular name<is inem a sikh name? becuse some muslim people have their name is anam?

Sat Siri Akaal. Amanpreet means lover of peace. I asked a Punjabi scholar about Inempreet, and he said "inem" is a grammatical corruption of the word Aman, so the meaning of Inempreet is the same as Amanpreet. It is NOT related to a Muslim name of Anam.
