Greetings and blessings to you in the Name of God and Guru.

Yes, they are a Sikh. A Sikh is one who seeks the truth and follows the teachings of the 10 Guru's and has Siri Guru Granth Sahib as his/her Guru.

The one's who become baptised are called "Khalsa" or pure one. They are Sikh's too.

God bless you, SKKK
