Hi!

I've decided that I'm probably going to take Amrit(not 100% sure), but I will grow my hair now. The thing is, my beard is just stubble right now, and my hair soon will be too long to comb, but not long enough for a jura. How do I maintain my hair and beard when I go to work, where I need to keep up a neat appearance?

What do I use to cover my head in a professional setting?

I work as a volunteer research assistant in a psychology study, my job is to administer questionnaires to community members who have FM, many of them will be older, and I'm a little worried about racism. Especially due to the longer hair.
Please answer soon, as work is coming up soon, and I really don't want to cut my hair again or shave.

Sunny Ji - Put your hair up as best you can and tie full pug. The state of your hair will remain under your full turban. When it is long enough then you can create the topknot properly. This is the best. It looks most perfect to all. Crown yourself consciously each day and let your hairs grow back.

If anyone makes comments to you on your pug or your beard coming in, explain clearly and lovingly that you are returning to your faith and that you have decided to let your body returned to its unaltered state as our faith requires.
