I always wonder, what do this two name, Kashminder Singh and Maninder Kauur means?

Here goes;
Maninder is easy:
cheif of jewels, diamond or "Glory of Supreme God".

Kashminder:
Kash is not a proper noun and has no English translation....kash is like a puff, like to puff the ciggarette.
Minder is: supreme
may be the Supreme puff of God.?!
