I am sure there are shabds you can do...probably just about any shabd infact. Reciting Japji everyday will also do it...like a mind gym or balancing devise.

There is also a meditation which is very centering. It is called "Kirtan Kriya." Be sitting on the floor or in a chair with a straight spine. The mantra is SaTaNaMa. Focus at the Third Eye, which is at the brow point, where the nose meets the forehead, about a 1/4 inch up on the forehead. As you chant Sa press the thumb and index fingers firmly together; on Ta press the thumb and middle fingers together; on Na press the thumb and ring fingers; on Ma press thumb and pinkie togher. Keep this going over and over...SaTaNaMa, pressing the fingers as described above. Do it outloud 2 minutes, whispering 2 minutes, silently 4 minutes, whistering 2 minutes and then outloud again 2 minutes. Do this every day. If you feel like it, work up to 31 minutes a day...5 minutes of outloud and whistering and 10 minutes silently, in the pattern described above. Make sure you press the finger tips firmly together. Feel the pulsing at the 3rd Eye. This meditation will definitely help you center your mind and energy...if you do it. Good Luck. Let us know how it goes. GTKK
