KHALSAJI, RECENTLY I HAVE READ A LOT FROM YOUR SITE REGARDING THE KUNDALINI YOGA BUT I DONOT THINK THAT I HAVE GOT IT RIGHT (THE WAY IT IS DONE). ALSO I LIVE IN LUDHIANA AND I COULDNOT FIND ANY TEACHER HERE. COULD YOU HELP ME WITH SOME INFORMATION. I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED.

Although there are some Kundalini Yoga teachers in India (Amritsar and Bangalore) I don't know of any classes that are being taught in Punjab at this time. I have suggested that they could possibly start in the Fall and if they do we will post that information on this site.
