i am 19 years ago and a cuple of days ago i got the urge to beocme amritdhari but on telling someone who i respect dearly and who is rely spritual and can see into future etc he adivised me to wait until after marriage to beocme amridhari this really confused me becos now i do not no wot to do if i choose not to shak amrit at this time will the time ever come agen or will i have missed the opportunity? also if Guri JI wants me to be amritdhari is it tru that it will happent regardless as it is Guru JI's will and so nobody can prevent it not even me?

i am reely confused and would appreciate it if u cud answer as soon as possible im soo sorry if i am wasting your time

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Why wait, if your soul is telling you to give your head to the Guru NOW?? The future is unpredictable!!! Is your "friend" advising you that you should't live up to your highest inspiration and aspiration tolive righteously until after marriage? I don't understand this advice you were given. Remember, we each have the power of choice, that is the free will that God gave us as part of His will. Make your own decision, based on what your deepest intuition tells you.
