I want to know that this website says about Kundalini Yoga. What is it really means? DID OUR GURUS STRESS IT? IS IT A HINDU WAY OF YOGA? It also says Guru Ram Das Ji sits on the throne of Raj Yoga. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Its says that the Yoga helps not only for Physical Body but also for our Other Ten Bodies which we are made of. WHAT TEN BODIES WE ARE MADE OF?

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
Kundalini yoga is an ancient form of yoga that was kept secret for many thousands of years, but through a teacher named Yogi Bhajan, it is now taught openly around the world. Most yogas started in ancient India. Yogic practices are OLDER than Hinduism or Sikhi. Yoga philosophy was first recorded in the sutras of Patanjali. Kundalini yoga is not Sikh nor is it Hindu; it is one of many types of yoga (other yogas to name a few: bhakti, naad, hatha, laya, jnana, pranayam, etc). Kundalini refers to the snake-like energy that is coiled at the base of the spine and is activated by practice of Kundalini yoga. (Everyone has this coil, but in most people it is never activated.)

Guru Ram Das indeed sits on the throne of Raj Yoga. Raj means king; raj yoga is the supreme yoga. The word yoga often is translated to mean 'union'. Guru Ram Das was granted the throne (takht) of Raj Yog by Guru Amar Das. See the shabd "Raj Jog Takht Dee-an Guru Ram Das" on ang 1399 of Siri Guru Granth. Guru Ram Das had blessing of complete union with Wahe Guru. When one is a Raj yogi s/he has a completely meditative and neutral mind, or perfect 'sahej' -- a word you find often in Siri Guru Granth. To a Raj Yogi, good and bad are deemed the same; nothing shifts this deep inner balance. Study the bani of 4th Guru and look for this meditative state in his shabds. There is no direct relationship between Sikh Gurus and Kundalini yoga. While the word kundalini is indeed mentioned in Siri Guru Granth (see shabd "Kundalini Surjhee Sat Sangat" on ang 1402 of Siri Guru), it is not mentioned in relation to yoga. Nor is there a record that any of the 10 Gurus actually practiced kundalini yoga.

Kundalini yoga is a more physical yoga than others; some focus on the breath, others on sound, others on postures. Kundalini yoga actually works with breath AND postures AND sound AND movement. More than other yogic forms, it indeed works with/builds/strengthens all 10 bodies. The human being is far more than a mere physical body. In yogic science, the 10 bodies comprise: 1-soul body; 2-negative mind; 3-positive mind; 4-neutral mind; 5-physical body; 6-arc line (also known as halo); 7-auric body; 8-pranic body; 9-subtle body; 10-radiant body. In the end, one does not need to know about all these bodies to do yoga or to live one's life, but it is important to recognize that there is more to a person than what we SEE with our eyes. Some people who know nothing of yoga have the gift of seeing auras and halos, by the way. Check out: http://www.kundaliniyoga.com for more information.
