Sat Sri Akal,

with the Blessing of Waheguru, I wish to become a doctor when i grow up.i heard from somewhere that doctors cant become Amritdharis.is it true? and if a person undergoes a surgery, is the person disobeying the Sikh Rehat Maryada?

Dear one,
You need to learn more about your way of life and study up on your own.
I know many doctors who are Amritdhari.

The only reason a person might have to take Amrit again after surgery is because the often their hair gets shaved before the operation.
