Neeldhari's are a split from Sikhism. It is only about 10 years old. They do wear blue kurta and cummerbund. They have nothing to do with Siri Guru Granth Sahib, nor Khalsa nor Akal Takhat Sahib. They are in the same category as Nirankari's and Kuka's etc.
