Now a days, is it considered wrong for a Sikh to marry a Hindu?
Thanks,
Sheena
(REPLY) Sat Nam. What do you mean by "wrong"??? It's certainly more difficult in any marriage when two partners have two different religions. It requires great respect and acceptance of each other's beliefs to avoid conflict, especially when children are born. I believe that historically there have been families where some children follow Hinduism, while others are Sikh. This is a question for each individual to decide. Right and wrong are relative terms. "Best" is another thing! SP
