First id like to thank you for the Q&A, its helped me alot

My question is relating to yoga. I was just wondering if there are any websites which would help me get started on yoga, as i would like to start.

You can also search this Youth Forum using keyword "yoga" to see what has been suggested or discussed.

I'd like to recommend that when you first begin yoga, you really need a teacher to get you started. After you have practiced under a teacher for a while, it is much easier to practice at home on your own. The teacher explains details that cannot be found or readily understood by a manual or even a video.
