WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH

FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO THANK U FOR UR INSTANT REPLY TO MY FIRST QUESTION.

MY COMMENT:-TODAY I KNOW ONE THING VERY CLEARLY AND I WOULD TO LIKE TO SHARE IT WITH ALL SIKH BROTHERS AND SISTERS THAT ''EVERY PROBLEM WHICH WE FACE IN DAY TO DAY LIFE,RELATED TO ANY SUBJECT RELATIONSHIP,WEALTH,SEXUAL PROBLEMS...etc THE SOLUTION TO IT IS,GURUBANI''.

MY QUESTION:-
''Today it is clear to me that GURBANI can give us whatever we want in life
but what I really wanted to know is whether listening to gurbani is equal to reciting gurbani?
First I was reciting gurbani but was unable to enjoy it as I was not able to concentrate on it but oneday I found a cassette of NITNEM when I listened to it I found it better than what I was DOING earlier.
PLZ tell me is it O.K if I listen to NITNEM bani in the morning instead of reciting it.COZ when I listen to it I find it easy to meditate on it.

WAITING FOR UR REPLY 'WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH'

Again, I answer according to the "technology" of it. Listening to Gurbani is very important and it sets a vibration in your mind and your environment. But, reciting Gurbani is the best, because of the way the tongue hits the meridian points in the mouth. On the upper palate of the mouth, we have 84 pairs of meridian points, which when stimulated by the tonue, have a balancing and healing effect on the brain. Gurmukhi was masterfully created so that these meridian points are stimulated while it is recited. When you recite, also listen and you will get the full benefit. Reciting as a mumble, as I often hear people recite their banis, will not have the same effect. Gurmukhi needs to be recited so that the tongue can massage those meridian point in the mouth. Try it and experience it for your self. Blessings. GTKK
