Just wanted to say, the reply was excellent from the admin!! Its even inspired me to get started with my daily sadhna!! Thank you!

On another note Penji, don't worry, you're life has been given to you to enjoy, don't consider spending time with family and eating as a "waste". Remember, Guru says in Japji, "so many clever tricks, yet not one of them will depart with you when you leave this world". That doesn't mean you shouldn't be ambitious, it just means always look at your situation from a larger perspective! Try other things, sports, going out with your friends, taking time out, you'll be able to concentrate a lot better and you'll be a lot less stressed. Remember, Every thing is inside God's will, nothing, absolutely nothing is outside his will!

Take that baggage of your Shoulders, imagine a person walking up a very steep hill, with a very heavy rucksack, full of things he doesn't need! The things inside represent your worries, your thoughts, your stress. Eventually the person will get tired and will stop. Now imagine if that same person didn't have the rucksack on him?

You'll be fine, see it in yourself, believe in yourself and believe in God. Angeekar oh karay tayrah karag sab savaraana it basically means TAKE GODS REFUGE AND HE'LL SORT OUT ALL YOUR AFFAIRS, everything!! Reading Bani will open your mind, don't feel bad on yourself. You're a child of the king of all kings, your a descendant of Guru Gobind Singh, a saint, a poet, a warrior, a father, your father! seek his help and he will not let you down!! Speak to him about your problems!

I wish you all the best, I hope some of the admins comments and these comments open your eyes to the world! You're going to succeed!!!!
