Thoughts are not dirty or clean. They are just thoughts. Thoughts come and thoughts go. It is natural. Do not feel guilty. Nothing is good or bad. Thinking makes it so. If your mind is bothering you, then you must master your own mind.

Man Jeetai Jag Jeet
--Guru Nanak, SGGS pg. 6, (from the 28th pauree of Japji Sahib)

By conquering your mind, you can conquer the world.

Do not let it run around like a mischevious monkey all the time. Put the collar and leash of Guru's meditation around the neck of your mind and let it know that you are the boss. How to do this?

You have already told how to do it in your message! Meditate.

"That girl is so cute" Waheguru!
"I wonder what she looks like naked" Waheguru!
"I want to make love to her" Waheguru!

Take each thought that comes and cut it with Waheguru! Let your mind go through it's process, but keep tugging the leash. Control does not come overnight. It comes through daily practice and self-discipline. Naturally your thoughts will channel according to your persistance. Each day it becomes easier and easier.

"She is a beautiful sister" Waheguru!
"I will serve her and protect her grace" Waheguru!

You are sixteen. Hormones are flowing and you are okay. Above all, do not feel guilty or bad. Just master your mind and let Guru Ji take care of the rest.
