this is in refrence to the reply posted by the moderator to my question--- my mother s against sikhism)). mr moderator what made u think iam a female.sir iam a male and coz of tht my mom thinks tht i won't look good in beard and turban.ne ways thnx for ur answer.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Sorry for the misunderstanding. As you know, keeping hair (incuding beard!) and wearing a turban are not done for fashion, but as a spiritual commitment. So, I'm so sorry that your mom is discouraging you from expressing your devotion to God and Guru. Blessings, SP
