maan yog veer ji/ bibi ji
first of all thankyou for sending me the remedy throuh baani as my problem has started decreasing in a manner.
now anything which i can chant in amrit wela to cure some illness of family including myself. i am a diabetic patient( obesity is the main reason). if i am well than the whole family is looked after well. there is no chaos at home. if i get ill for one day the whole family is in mess. i still do , leaving behind my illness, that is causing more problems to me. i just want to know weather there is any baani shabad which can boost my moral and give me enough energy to fight the odds. i am 49 years old lady, not working, purely hosewife.
you must be thinking what a question i am asking but veerji/bibi ji i want people around me well and healthy and this can only happen if i am well. i do my nitnem around 4.30 in the morning and my routine starts at that time. i sleep at around 12.30 at night and my routine finishes at that time.
i wnt to serve community also ,i want recite maximum baani that is why whatever time i get i sit and do paath or listen kirtan shabad or sing shbad myself at home.i oftenly go anywhere or meet people but whenever i go out i go to kirtan or gurdawara or very important commitment.i love my whole family , all my children of my family and try to put them to sikhi. share my good experiences with them and ask them to do paath and recite baani. i oftenly sit online and read articles about religion and guru sahibaan. THIS IS ME
please give some solution about my problem.

Sat Nam PK. Are you under the care of a doctor? Diabetes is a very serious illness. Diet, exercise and medication or insulin are very important. You do a laot of banis and kirtan already. I'm concerned that you are not taking care of the physical aspect of your illness. A good diabetic educator can abe very helpful to help you manage your illness and have a quality long life. Blessings, JJK
