My family moved to London, England from a city in the midlands and what i noticed was especially in the weekends alot of book stalls in the shopping centres and on the main high streets run by young muslims, mainly pakistanis selling books or free books on Islam or giving out leaflets about Islam. Also distrubuting anti-Jewish anti-West propoganda.

They are trying to spread Islam, they even offer to come to your house or they invite you to there house to talk about Islam.
Why do we never see any Sikh missionaries out there?
I find that the commities that run the Guruwaras seem to put there time and effort in expanding there Guruwaras making them bigger. Apart from running some Punjabi classes they do not teach the young Sikhs about Sikhism in a language they understand. Never mind spreading Sikhism among he English.
Young Sikhs seem to be drifting away from Sikhism there is more mixed marriages and less attraction to towards Sikhism due to Western Culture. Where as muslims seem to be more observent.
I am aware that there are a lot of converts to Sikhism in America. Could or should a group of Sikhs come from America work amongst the Young British born Sikhs and the British public and preach Sikhism?
It is a fact that Church attendance is dropping rapidly in the U.K. there is a void which needs to be filledd.
