There are supposedly 22 million Sikhs in the world, but how many are Khalsa

And just out of curiosity how many white Sikhs are there, and how many of them are Khalsa

By Khalsa I suppose you mean amritdhari. How is anyone supposed to know that?

Not sure how many white sikhs there are, but probably not too many.
