Sat Shree Akhal,

Well i am a sikh jatt girl age 20...and i had a 6months realtionship with my ex-boyfriend it was a little intimate but we didn't have sex...well for personal reason we both spilt. I am currently single and have sexual needs and i am finding it hard to keep them within me.

I am having a few problems nowadays that when i go out i seem to get off with guys and it doesn't bother me...i feel like i have to aviod guys cos im sexually frustarted. I started to mediate to think that would guide me but it hasn't so im a little lost and just need to get on the right path!

HELP.

So glad that you are being throughtful about your relationships.
It is definitely hard in today's society of dating and casual sex not to be swept off your center.

However, you can take control of your life. One option is to open yourself up to getting married. I assume you have a family that would assist you in arranging meeting with potential marriable Sikh young men.

Another option is to really throw your self into daily physical exercise to channel this ignited physical desire that you are feeling. Take up jogging and run 3 miles a day...give yourself a good sweaty workout...1 hour every day, at the least. Or find a Kundalini Yoga center near you where you can take Yoga classes every day(look under 3HO or Healthy Happy Holy Organization).
You can also go out for martial arts. But do something that will involve your entire body and focus. Then when you go to meditate, you will have the ability to focus and get results from your meditation.
