First of all thanx for moderating all our queries.I feel very nice whenever i see a white sikh ( pl. dont feel offended).As i live in India i wud like to know how many white sikhs are there in the world ? also i wud like to know wats the concept of 960 million?

Well, we've never done a census, but I think there are maybe 5,000 around the world, but this is not "white or anglo Sikhs" these are Sikhs around the world, who practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and consider themselves to be students of Yogi Bhajan. Anglo Sikhs are probably not that many, but we have 3HO Sikhs in many countries and nationalities. The concept of 960 million is up for interpretation. To me, this concept refers to "conscious people," aquarian people, who are meditating, who are concerned about the well-being of the planet. I personally don't think it is turbin-tyiing people...or necessarily Sikhs. I personally feel it refers to the Aquarian concept that we are all One with One Creator...One Family. We are a ways from that concept being a reality, but we are closer. Each one of us needs to work on our own consciousness and then through our life's example and work and love live that conscious and share it with all. GTKK
