Please explain to me the relevance of bathing or not bathing after intercourse. I have heard so many stories and I do not know what is the truth.

Thank you

There are a few reasons. 1- It is more hygenic to wash after intercourse. The couple exchanges a lot of bacterias and germs. For the woman, it can be helpful to do a yogurt and turmeric (1 tsp) (mixed with water) douch once a week to keep her vagina clean and free of disease. 2- During intercourse the auras merge. A lot of energy is exchanged. To balance the personal aura and energies (meridians) of the body, it is good to take a luke warm shower and wash behind the ears, between the legs in the private areas, under the arm pits, and wash the mouth out as well. Intercourse is a very intimate act that affects the person psychically and physically. Taking a shower is good. Doing some yoga nad meditaiton afterwards is very balancing as well. These things can clear out any negativity you might have gotten during intercourse. Of course it is always best to only have intercourse with some one with whom you are married at atleast have a committed relationship, and to not have sex if you are tired, stressed or negative. Intercourse is way to powerful to just play around with.
