Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru JI KI Fateh!

I am 14 yrs. old and the only Sikh girl at my school. I plan on taking Amrit soon. I talked to my P.E. teacher and she said she wants me to wear shorts because I could get overheated and faint since it is very hot. Also, she said we have to take swimming our we fail the semester. These things are not possible without shaving my legs. It's too late to get a modest swimsuit since we start in 2 days, and I don't want to shave my legs.

It sounds as though you are trying to rationalize wanting to shave your legs. Your P.E. teacher cannot make you shave your legs. Get a modest swimsuit with a skirt on the bottom. Until then, wear swim shorts over the bottom of your one-piece swimsuit.

Be honest with yourself. Do not use this situation as an excuse or rationalization for shaving your legs!
