Hi im sorry to ask a question on the same topic again, but to the standing and listening to ardaas question you said, u should stand and face the guru granth sahib.
What if there is no guru granth sahib ji in the room you r listening to ardaas in, for example in the langar hall of a gurdwara or at home? Where to you stand and face in that situation? coz mayb that is y i was being lafed at?
You dont have to post this on the website but i would really appreciate a responce.
Thankyou

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,
If there is a Guru Sahib in the building, facing the place where Guru Sahib is is good. I have seen people say ardas before a picture of the Golden Temple (at their home) because there was no Guru Sahib in the house or in the neighborhood. Perhaps the way to say it is: if one is in the presence or house of Guru, face Guru; if not, recite ardaas as IF Guru was in front of you.
Guru ang sang,
