(REPLY) Sat Nam. If I understand your message, you are saying that you can't get over feelings of guilt for things you USED TO DO, but are not doing any more? If that is correct, and you are currently not doing any wrong, then I am wondering why you are wanting to continue living in the past? I also don't know what you mean by "confess" and doing path? The beauty of God's mercy and grace is that if we decide to live righteously from this moment onward, then we can build our future in happiness, not in misery. You have to be willing to give up your self-pity and remorse. What's done is done. The past is gone. Those who live in the past have no future. The past mistakes are valuable only as lessons to teach us what NOT to do again. You have to forgive yourself, and do everything you can to live as an example of a Gur Sikh. Get up early in the morning, and chant God's name. And read all your banis throughout the day. Remind yourself that God lives and breathes in you, and therefore use the breath of life to improve the world and help your fellow human beings in all ways. Blessings, SP
