So, what does that mean to you? . . . "not forgetting Gods 'naam'?"

How do you do that?

To me it means a constant awareness of God. A sensitivity at every moment to the sacredness of all things.
Every tree is sacred. . . every leaf. . . every creature. . . every person. It means a constant awareness of God in all... in me... flowing through me.

Each moment unfolding in all it's jeweled splendor.

Each moment is sacred.

"Is it really this easy or this hard?"

Well, it's not easy or hard. It's a state of consciousness. A constant awareness, in each moment, of your own True Identity.

Breathing. . . close to the root of all life. Inhale "Wahe" exhale "Guru." Remembering.

Doing a sadhana each day in the Amrit Vela. Tuning in to the sound current of the Gurbani. Feeling it flow through your mind... through every cell of your body. Ang Sang Wahe Guru! This establishes a pattern... a habit of awareness.

Each time I read the Guru's shabds, I hear and experience something new. It is like a beautiful jewel. Holding it up to the sunlight, each movement of the jewel presents a different facet, a different color, a shade of meaning not experienced before. It is a matter of sensitivity. If you open yourself. . . beyond your mind. . . and attune yourself to the Guru's Shabd, it will constantly give you new insights and revelations.

May Guru Ji bless you to experience it for yourself.
