Hi, I was wondering if you can tell me about any shabad that can be recited regularly inorder to bring your mind in control and control the five devils of Anger, lust, Greed....and other two.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. the best way to control the energy of lust, anger, greed , pride and attachment is to substitute positive virtues whenever you find that one of the "devils" is taking over! The shabd that comes to mind is "Ik Ardas" and /or "Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur..." Controlling the mind is not an easy job, and it takes patience and practice and consistency. that is one of the reasons that we meditate, and recite the banis, and read from Siri Guru Granth Sahib, in order to provide the mind with positive healing, divine thoughts and vibrations.
