sat sri akal, I just wanted to say something in regards to the guy that was talking about the double sided answers to the the whole dating issue. Well im a sikh girl that is i guess you could say around the getting married time( or at least thats what my parents tell me ;) ) Well, he was saying that the sikhnet moderators are not being consistent in their answers, but the thing is why does he really care? The word dating is a really wrong word i think. Getting to know someone is not dating someone. Whoever said that making new and lasting friendships is wrong? Youth these days think of dating in a media percieved way. Yeah and i totally agree with the moderator that dating for sex is not a good thing. But for everyone who is at that age i just want to lend a few free words. Dont automatically think about the marriage issue as soon as u meet someone, but instead try to make a friend, god knows your relationship will be stronger. I would NEVER go anywhere with a guy that i didnt know that just handed me his phone # and told me to call, but i would go somewhere with a friend that i knew. Dont ask questions about dating, it doesnt exist. Thanks:)Oh yeah and look in the Guru Grant Sahib Ji and into your self and your family, everyones different, and its not a open shut case when it comes to finding the one.
