(REPLY) Sat Nam. I'm going to answer your question with questions, because your problem could be caused by many factors such as : How old are you? If you are in your 'teens, that would account for a lot of your inner disturbance, could be hormonal. What sort of food are you eating? Honestly, if you eat a lot of sugar, you could nervous and high strung just from the vitamin B deficiency. have you had a medical check-up recently? It's a good idea in any case. As for anger, you could help yourself by practicing long deep breathing for at least 5 minutes a day (breathe only through the nose) and think SAT as you inhale, and NAM as you exhale. This is a remindere that Truth (SAT) is your Identity (NAM) and Truth is God's Name. We get angry when the intellect is stimulated by the ego which isn't getting what it wants. So, to control the mind, it helps to control the breath, and relate the breath back to its source, which is, of course, GOD. God lives and breathes in you. All of our suffering , pain and anger can affect us when we forget God is with us with every breath. I hope you will try this. Blessings, SP
