plz can u help me get rid of my acne and eczema. any advice. who to see, visit. gets worse when i keep my beard and have sex. plz help me so i can start keepin a sikh life.

I would suggest that you go see a naturalpathic doctor of some kind. You probably need to alter your diet, go on a cleanse, exercise, do yoga, meditate. Acne can be caused by many things. You need to have some one help you evaluate your lifestyle and make changes. Good Luck, GTKK
